Best Cooking Pulses, Inc. is a Canadian, family-owned agrifoods business active in the international pulse trade since 1936. Our products include: naturally polished yellow and green split peas, pea fiber and pea bran meal, pulse flours and custom grinds.
Our two plants are located on the Canadian prairies. At Rowatt, Saskatchewan we clean, de-hull, split and polish peas, for both domestic and international markets. At Portage la Prairie, Manitoba we crush and grind peas, pea hulls and other pulses and grains, to produce a variety of fiber, bran and flour products for both human and animal consumption.
