Best Cooking Pulses, Inc. (BCP) is a Canadian, family-owned agrifoods business that has been active in the international pulse trade since 1936. BCP's two pulse-dedicated facilities are located on the Canadian prairies. At Portage la Prairie, Manitoba we utilize proprietary milling methods to create 'Best' gluten-free (ELISA tested) pulse flours, pea fiber and bran products for food and pet food markets. At Rowatt, Saskatchewan we source, clean and bag whole peas, lentils and chickpeas, and de-hull, split and polish peas, for sale throughout the world.
