BCP specializes in processing edible pulses.
We split and polish peas for both domestic and export markets. Dry field peas are purchased from growers in southern Saskatchewan and are split all year round at our just-in-time facility. BCP prides itself on quality, fast-cooking peas and is known for super-polished split peas that market easily.
BCP also produces edible, human-grade pulse fibers and flours. These are used as ingredients in food products including baked goods, snacks, health drinks and prepared meats.
Bran meal (pea) from our plant is used as a pet food ingredient.
